Alongside this our sister company Planning Solutions Consulting Limited is a specialist research development consultancy working in the fields of tourism, heritage, leisure and regeneration. They offer a number of services and carry out market assessments and feasibility studies, prepare business plans, development strategies, spatial plans, audience development plans and funding applications for tourism, leisure and regeneration projects particularly for visitor attractions, country parks, tourist accommodation, commercial leisure and regeneration related schemes.
Planning Solutions Consulting works with a wide range of clients in the UK, other European countries and the Middle East including regional development agencies, commercial leisure operators, local and national authorities and charities. Planning Solutions can trace its history back to the Rank Group, where it was formerly Rank Holidays and Hotels Developments division, responsible for developing the Oasis Forest Holidays product which was later acquired by Center Parcs.
