Terms of Subscription / Competition entry

  1. Draws are made periodically at dates and times subject to change.
  2. All newsletter subscribers, who have provided full and correct details, are automatically entered into the draw.
  3. Winners are notified by e-mail on the address provided and have 30 days to respond to the notification. Failure to respond within this timescale will forfeit any prize.
  4. There is no cash alternative to the prizes offered. Prizes are non transferable.
  5. Competitions are not open to employees and agents of CONKERS or Planning Solutions Limited.
  6. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  7. Winners names will be announced in the newsletter following each draw.
  8. Only one entry is allowed per household.
  9. The prize consists of admission to CONKERS for two adults and three children, and includes lunch. Prizes offered may vary and restrictions may apply.
  10. The judges decision is final.
  11. All details correct at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
