The Weekend of the 23rd and 24th June will see some rather unusual activities going on the grounds of Conkers. Vikings of Middle England are probably more famous for their frighteningly realistic, exciting and entertaining battle displays, and these are usually used as a finale to day’s events. The thunderous clash of steel as opposing forces meet, war cries, mingling with the screams of the dying, the visual effect is stunning. And Conkers can witness this at no extra cost.
