Meet Billy Bonkers who ensures all our children have a great day at CONKERS. We have also just opened our new indoor play centre for children.

Indoors
Sensational discovery zones where you can get really close to the forest and experience its life and energy and discover its secrets. Specialist shops, and arts and crafts units where you can purchase gifts and watch crafts people at work. Don't forget our Tree Top Walk in the Discovery Centre!

The Enchanted Forest in the Discovery centre Easter 2007 sees the unveiling of a unique new exhibit called `The Enchanted Forest'. The Enchanted Forest is a giant, fully interactive simulation of life in a forest. Adults and children alike enter the exhibit through giant worm tunnels to share all of woodland-life from a creature's perspective. The Enchanted Forest includes a vast spider's web, enormous acorns and sycamore seed pods, caterpillar tube slides, and an eagle's nest all over several hundred metres of crawls, climbs and clambers. By climbing up the enormous web, visitors will arrive at the tree-top summit high above the exhibits inside Discovery. This spectacular woodland adventure is suitable for all ages from 4-years and upwards and entry is included in the normal ticket price to CONKERS.

Outdoors
Have fun on our adventure playground, assault course, steam train and woodland trails.

To learn more about our events geared towards children from face painting to watching the Sealed Knot re-enact Civil War battles please visit our Events pages.
