"I just wanted to make you aware that we are always very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism showed by your staff. We have been members now for almost a year and often visit with our two young children as we live just down on Moira Road.
The staff on reception are always so helpful and warm and nothing is ever too much trouble. They appear to enjoy their jobs which is refreshing in an age where people seem to have forgotten what customer service is all about.
I called just now to see if bikes were allowed on site and whilst the answer was no, the lady still offered me idea's on the cycle routes surrounding Conkers, suggesting we used your parking facilities and popped in for refreshments afterwards.
Keep up the good work! You are towering above most other local tourist centre's on customer service!"
