We have a variety of spaces available to hire, each space offering something different. You could also combine your meeting or conference with leisure time in our 120 acre attraction! Don’t forget we have plenty of free car parking for all your delegates!
The Rawdon Room is our smallest meeting room and suitable for smaller groups or those wanting a more intimate meeting. This space can cater for a maximum of 50 delegates. This room is equipped with a projector and electric screen and free WIFI connection.

The Gallery Suite is our larger space and ideal for larger meetings and conferences. This space can cater for a maximum of 100 delegates. This room is equipped with a projector and electric screen and free WIFI connection.

Our 4D cinema can be transformed into the perfect space for a conference. Our cinema seats 80. This room has a very large screen to projector on to and also includes free WIFI connection.

The Amphitheatre @ Waterside
Our covered amphitheatre provides an unusual venue for your conferences.
This is great for use as a summer venue and can seat up to 600 delegates.

Here at CONKERS we can also provide catering for your meeting or conference. We offer a huge variety of different menus for you to choose from, including: Hog Roast, BBQ, a Hot & Cold Buffet Selection, a Carvery, and Two & Three Course Meals.
Within each of our menus there is room for adaptation to create a bespoke menu of your choice.
We also cater for all dietary requirements.
