Try A Day First

If you become a member on the day of your visit you can get back the cost of your admission fee for that day!

Ask a member of the Reception Team for more details, and if you are a tax payer you can also elect to allow the National Forest Charitable Trust to reclaim the tax paid on your membership fee as a charitable donation (Gift Aid) to help improve and enhance CONKERS and The National Forest area or try us out first with a day visit for your family.

What benefits do I get from an annual membership?

With your Membership you can visit as many times as you wish during normal entry hours and days for an entire year. You will get discounts for evening and special events, restaurant offers and a newsletter with news and views and activities posted to you at least three times a year.

Does my membership cover admission at all times?

Yes during normal opening hours.

Please note that the Waterside Centre is not open to members during the set up and operation of the Winter Wonderland event. Don’t forget the rest of CONKERS 108 acres are open (including the Discovery Centre with indoor play)!

Christmas Day, Boxing Day & January weekdays we are delivering maintenance. We are open every weekend throughout January!

Can I bring another person / child in on my pass who is not named?

Your pass is just valid for those adults and children named on it. You can purchase passes or gift vouchers for family and friends.

If my children are on my family Membership does it cover their admission if another paying adult brings them to the site?

Of course! Ask the adult to bring relevant details and we will be happy to access the child’s information on our system.

What doesn’t my Membership cover?

Please note that your membership does not cover free entry to every event or concert or the Winter Wonderland programme or Vertigo Adventures or outdoor pursuits activities. We try to discount tickets for these where possible.

Gift Aid

The National Forest Charitable Trust is the Trust that owns CONKERS and has the wider objective of reclaiming derelict industrial landscapes, planting trees, creating recreational forests and parkland for the local and regional communities enjoyment including the future maintenance of these new amenity areas. They could claim back gift aid tax on your annual membership or daily entry fee this amounts to 25p in every £1 if you pay 10% Gift Aid with your daily admission ticket or annual membership and you can be helping towards these objectives. When visiting, to allow the Trust to claim back this tax and use it for charitable purposes, one of our team can also accept a verbal commitment and process a few details so you do not need to fill in any forms!
