Terms and Conditions

  1. You are purchasing tickets for either day admission to CONKERS or an event at CONKERS.
  2. Day admission tickets purchased online are valid for two months from the date of purchase.
  3. Event tickets cannot be exchanged for another event and the tickets can only be purchased up to five days before an event (to ensure you receive your ticket in the post).
  4. Cancellation after placing your order - you have up to eight days to cancel tickets purchased for CONKERS after placing the order.  You can cancel your order by writing, emailing (info@visitconkers.com) or faxing (01283 213731) CONKERS.  Tickets to events may be purchased up to five days prior to an event date but cannot be cancelled and are not refundable within five days of the concert / event date.
  5. Once we have received payment CONKERS will confirm acceptance of your order by email.  Your ticket(s) will be posted to the address provided by First Class mail within two working days (if you do not receive your order within four working days please contact CONKERS).
  6. If the tickets become unavailable CONKERS will refund your money.
  7. Liability – should an event be cancelled your money will be refunded.
  8. The country of the Merchant’s domicile is the United Kingdom and transactions are in British Pounds Sterling.
  9. Planning Solutions Limited is the operating company of CONKERS and Planning Solutions Limited’s name will appear on your bank or credit card statement.  Planning Solutions Limited’s VAT number is: 673 713 717.
